I wanted to write you a letter to thank you immensely for the wonderful customer service and help that you gave me in helping me make my decision to have breast augmentation. I had never considered having breast augmentation done before, but after breast-feeding my newborn, I was very unhappy with the way my breasts looked. Lisa and Norma both answered so many questions and went out of their way to help me get financing to make it all possible.
The day of the surgery, Dr. Lapuerta sat down and continued answering questions for me and gave me a lot of information as to what to expect post-surgery. Even the anesthesiologist was wonderful!
I was up and moving around the next day and am so happy with the way my new breasts look. Dr. Lapuerta obviously was listening to everything I said, because my breasts are exactly what I wanted! I will always recommend Dr. Lapuerta and his staff to any and all of my friends or family who are considering breast augmentation.
